Join us for a great day of racing at 'Thunder Downs' (Rushton Park) home of the Peel Thunder Thoroughbreds – Sunday 26th July, 12 noon. Peel Thunder will host a video Race Derby offering a great day for the girls and guys to get dressed up and experience a Day at the Races.

We invite all Thoroughbreds, Fillies, Geldings and of course the Heinz variety ponies to walk the red carpet, through the white arches & fernery and display their fashion finery.

Prizes for best dressed, lady and gent, Best hat or fascinator. Enjoy a glass of champagne on arrival and have a punt on the 8 races. Platters of finger food will be provided and hot roast beef rolls will be available for purchase.

Tickets are only $10 to attend, which includes your glass of Champagne and finger food.

We also offer you the opportunity to have your name or a created horse name printed into the 'Thunder Downs Race Programme' complete with the name of your jockey, get even more creative and give us the stud details of the horse – this is at a small cost of $20 per horse.

Alternatively if you are looking for a great way to advertise your business and looking for a economical way to advertise then the 'Thunder Downs Race Programme' is for you. Your business will receive a dedicated page for one race at a cost of $200 displaying your business details.
