Randall and Boullineau sign on
Two more signatures have been added to a growing list of players, with future leaders of the Football Club Michael Randall and Jordan Boullineau re-signing with the club for the 2021 season.
Randall, a South Mandurah product, debuted against East Fremantle in Round 15 2019, edging his way into a midfield containing players such as Ben Howlett, Jackson Merrett and a host of aligned Fremantle players. When the opportunity to play week in week out at League level arrived in 2020, Randall who had worked tirelessly over pre-season, put himself in position 1a and he took the chance with both hands.
Spending the majority of his time as an inside midfielder, he featured in every game earning himself the Arthur Marshall Award for the best young player. A contested ball beast, he quickly established himself as one of the building blocks in the middle for years to come.
Boullineau originally from Baldivis JFC, has played 27 games since making his senior debut in 2018. Part of both the State 18’s and 16’s programs, with the opportunity of playing regular senior football, he put together his best season to date and was awarded with Most Consistent Award for 2020.
A talented athlete that reads the play well, he was a very dependable interceptor down back averaging around 4 marks a game. Look for Jordan to continue his development as one of the leaders in the backline in 2021.
