Foodbank WA - Purple Plates for Christmas

The Peel Thunder Football Club is proud to partner with Foodbank to continue to raise the awareness of their community service, while trying to do what we can to eliminate food insecurity in our Region. The ABC Gives Appeal has selected Foodbank WA as its charity partner in 2022 to raise much needed funds to continue to provide for those requiring support in difficult times.

One in three households experienced food stress last year. And one in five households including 116,000 children experiencing severe food stress meaning they skipped meals, sometimes for whole days.

This Christmas, with your help, we can get food to those who need it and fill their plates.

We’re calling on all Peel Thunder supporters to join us in helping get meals to people doing it tough.
