Reserves Head Coach

The Peel Thunder Football Club is seeking applications for the position of Reserves Head Coach for season 2015

The Peel Thunder Football Club is committed to maximizing the potential of every footballer by providing field leading education and innovation. Suitable applicants will possess;

People Management & Planning:

•                         Capacity to effectively manage young talented athletes and associated staff
•                         Ability to lead, and influence within a high performance environment
•                         Display a good understanding of the Peel Thunder Football Club zone

Football Knowledge:

•                         Understanding of development theories and practice
•                         Strong knowledge of coaching techniques/strategies/tactics
•                         Sound understanding of skill development and learning strategies

Effective Communication:

•                         Highly developed and proven communication (written, verbal, visual) and interpersonal skills.

Qualification:

•                         Level 2 coach accreditation (minimum or working towards Level 2)
