2022 Colts Squad Announcement

The colts started pre-season in the first week of December with over eighty players and it has been the hardest in terms of finalising the squad. The depth in the region is as strong as it has been for a number of years, and we have had good players miss out on making the squad.

We have a core group of 19-year-old boys that we haven’t had the past two seasons, so I am excited to see how they continue to develop and lead this group. To have players like Ben Hollow, Corey Tregenza-Cashell come back after some time away at this level is really pleasing for the squad and club.

Between the jigsaw of injury, state and senior selections I do hope we get a chance to field our best team a few times this season as we will be a very competitive side.

To have twelve players from our regional zone is credit to the work that the South West clubs do as well as the South West Training Academy coaches and staff.
