Peel Thunder have defeated East Fremantle by 21-points in a thrilling contest at New Choice Homes Park to stay within reach of the top five. 

 

Peel kicked three goals in the last ten minutes of the game to run away winners 11.14 (80) to 9.5 (59). 

 

Defender Ben Hancock said it was a much-needed win after back-to-back losses.

Thunder caught playing catch-up in loss to East Perth

Peel Thunder suffered a frustrating 19-point loss against East Perth on Saturday at Leederville Oval.

The Thunder struggled to get into the game after a goalless opening quarter, going down 6.9 (45) to East Perth 9.10 (64).

Peel forward Blair Bell said their lack of intensity from the start set the tone for the rest of the game.

Thunder short circuit in loss to Eagles

The West Coast Eagles have defeated Peel Thunder by 48-points in a wet and frustrating affair at David Grays Arena.

 

The Eagles kicked away in trying conditions in the second half to run away winners 10.16 (76) to 3.10 (28).
