Thunder power to first win of 2015

PEEL Thunder has broken through for its first win of the season, defeating East Fremantle by 55 points in skipper Brendon Jones’ 200th game.

It was the first time the Thunder have beaten the Sharks since Round 16 2011, while the 15.14 (104) to 6.13 (49) win also represented the Thunder’s largest winning margin over the Sharks.

PEEL will look to honour skipper and stalwart Brendon Jones on the occasion of his 200th game this weekend when it takes on East Fremantle at Bendigo Bank Stadium.

Peel fall short in opening encounter

A PEEL side brimming with Fremantle talent has fallen seven points short of opening its account against West Perth at HBF Arena on Saturday.

RIP Bazzo

Steve was an inaugural player with Peel in 1997 and was made a  life member in 2007.  Steve had recently returned to the club this year as a development coach with our under 16’s.

New Adventures for Peel and MAPTO

PEEL Thunder has linked up with the Mandurah and Peel Tourism Organisation and the City of Mandurah as its new Community Partner, in a deal for the next two years.
