The bye gave the opportunity for the Development team to regroup and refocus after a tough month of football. As a group we came up with some key focuses for the remaining 9 games of the season. We are determined to finish the year off positively and build on the progress the group has made to date. First up was East Fremantle, who sat in 5th place on the ladder.
ROUND 14 - LEAGUE BACK UP WITH ANOTHER WIN AFTER BYE
Peel Thunder have won their second game in a row with a 36-point victory over East Fremantle at East Fremantle Oval on Saturday.
After kicking five unanswered goals in the final term the Thunder finished 9.12 (66) to 3.12 (30) in a low scoring game, with both teams only kicking a total of twelve goals between them.
ROUND 12 - COLTS MATCH REPORT
The Peel Thunder Colts had a close loss against South Fremantle last Saturday at Fremantle Community Bank Oval.
In good conditions for football the colts went down by 5 points 10-8 68 to 11-7 73.
The game was identified by the coaches as a real danger game with South Fremantle in good form in recent weeks. Peel made a number of changes from the previous week, with Andrew Barker, Jaydon Cullen and Oliver Walton in for their first games, while Damon Cramer and Lachlan Mitchell returned from state duties.
ROUND 12 - THUNDER HOLD STRONG
A late goal from Luke Strnadica has helped Peel Thunder hold off a fast-finishing South Fremantle by six points on Saturday at Fremantle Community Bank Oval. After last week’s disappointing loss against ladder leaders, Subiaco, the Thunder were looking to get their sixth win, against second place, South Fremantle.

ROUND 10 - SENIOR DEVELOPMENT MATCH REPORT
After a disappointing fortnight, where the Peel Development side suffered 2 heavy defeats, the team made their way to Lathlain Park to take on Perth.
It was a fairly even first quarter where Peel enjoyed the run of play for the first 10 minutes but couldn’t convert it on the scoreboard. Key forward Nic Merritt was looking dangerous and we were on top around the stoppages. Our early ascendancy was halted by some poor ball use, particularly out of defence, and Perth took full toll. Trailing by 2 goals at quarter time, we once again had a positive start in the 2nd quarter, closing the gap with another goal to Merritt.
ROUND 10 - LEAGUE 'CONVINCING 90 POINT WIN OVER PERTH DEMONS'
Rainy conditions didn’t stop Peel Thunder from continuing their winning streak with the side sealing a convincing 90 point win over the Perth Demons at Lathlain Park.
The Thunder were far too strong for the Demons containing the home side to just one goal in the final quarter, ending the game 18.15(123) to 5.3(33).
Leroy Jetta was in top form scoring 3 goals and 3 behinds for the side from just 9 possessions, alongside Josh Deluca with 3 goals and 1 behind with a high 22 disposal.
