Subiaco and Peel played out one of the games of the season on Sunday and it was the underdogs who clinched a famous victory.

Peel Thunder put in a gritty performance to beat East Fremantle by 26 points in near-perfect conditions at ATOM stadium on Saturday.
The Thunder, who are now level with the Sharks with six wins, were dominant in the midfield and clean by foot from defence, with Darcy Tucker (29 possessions, eight marks), Rory O’Brien (28 possessions) and Tendai Mzungu (27 possessions) leading the way.

Midfielder Michael Barlow gave a standout performance in unpredictable weather conditions as he led Peel to 14 point victory over East Perth on Saturday.
In the second battle of the AFL-affiliated teams this season, Barlow was dominant in his second appearance for the Thunder in 2016, kicking three goals, gathering 44 possessions and laying 13 tackles.
